Vitamin E is safe for children.
Vitamin E may impair the absorption of Vitamin A and affect the function of Vitamin K. It may also enhance the anticoagulant effect of Warfarin.
No known contraindications.
Vitamin E is considered safe during pregnancy and lactation when used at recommended doses. The safety of higher doses has not been established.
Caution is advised as Vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis in patients taking estrogens.
